Every client uses ESWAP through their own secure login, and each client's contacts, messages, and reports are kept separate. Espider Web Solutions provides onboarding, template guidance, technical support, and platform maintenance — your business stays in control of who you message and what you send.

Is ESWAP an official WhatsApp product?

ESWAP is built by Espider Web Solutions on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. All messages are sent through Meta's infrastructure, following WhatsApp Business Platform policies, template approval rules, and anti-spam requirements.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. Your organisation connects its own WhatsApp Business account and phone number to ESWAP. Messages are sent from your business identity — your name, your number — while ESWAP provides the dashboard, campaign tools, and tracking.

Can I send messages to anyone?

No. Broadcast messages can only be sent to recipients who have consented to hear from your business, and they must use message templates that Meta has approved. This keeps your account healthy and your communication compliant.

What is a message template?

A template is a pre-defined message format — for example a fee reminder, class schedule, or appointment confirmation — that is submitted to Meta for review. Once approved, you can use it for broadcasts with personalised details filled in per recipient.

Can my team reply to incoming messages?

Yes. ESWAP includes a shared team inbox where incoming replies appear as conversations. Conversations can be assigned to specific team members, so customers always get a response from the right person.

How is our data handled?

Each client's contacts, messages, templates, and reports are kept separate, accessed through that client's own login. Espider processes this data only to provide the service and never sells message or contact data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
