ESWAP (Espider WhatsApp Platform) is our internally developed communication platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. It enables businesses — schools, coaching centres, service businesses, and SMEs — to communicate with their customers, students, and stakeholders directly through WhatsApp.
ESWAP handles message template management, broadcast campaigns, real-time delivery tracking, shared team inboxes, and webhook-based automation. All data is processed in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable data protection regulations.
ESWAP (Espider WhatsApp Platform) represents our evolution from a digital services company to a technology platform provider. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, ESWAP is designed to help educational institutions, service businesses, and SMEs manage customer communication, automate notifications, and engage stakeholders at scale. The platform is currently being prepared for rollout with our existing clients, including Axisa Academy and Exium Classes, before expanding to a wider range of organizations across India.
